Individual Assessment & Treatment
We can provide a comprehensive, integrated approach to athlete care. Our psychology and dietetic team work together to address the complex interplay of mental health and nutrition, ensuring a therapeutic programme that is tailored to an athletes unique needs, schedule and performance goals.
The Psychologist conducts a structured 90 minute clinical assessment using validated measures to explore psychological drivers, performance pressures, body‑image concerns, and co‑occurring mental‑health factors within the sporting context.
The dietitian assesses by evaluating nutrition, energy availability, training‑related fuelling patterns, medical risk indicators and the impact of disordered eating on performance, recovery and overall physiological health.
Why our service is an investment and not a quick fix?
We know that lasting change takes time, care, and consistency. We don't re-package ChatGPT diet plans or therapy scripts — you’re investing in qualified professionals who know how to use the most up to date science-backed frameworks within the field to help you achieve your own optimal balance, health, and helpful change that you can realistically maintain.
